Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CollabDraft (the "Service"), operated by Gab Pouliot, doing business as CollabDraft ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CollabDraft is a tool that generates AI-assisted outreach message sequences intended to help users draft communications to influencers, organizations, and other third parties for collaboration purposes. The Service uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate this content.

3. Account Registration

Some features require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free Tier and Subscriptions

  • Anonymous users may access a limited number of free generations before being required to create an account.
  • Registered free accounts receive a limited number of additional free generations.
  • Paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro) provide a monthly allotment of generations, billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is harassing, deceptive, illegal, or intended to defraud any person or organization
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or free-tier restrictions through automated means, multiple accounts, or other abuse
  • Use the Service to generate spam or mass unsolicited messaging campaigns at a scale that violates applicable anti-spam laws (e.g., CASL in Canada, CAN-SPAM in the US)
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or system logic of the Service

6. Content Disclaimer

CollabDraft generates message drafts using AI. We do not guarantee:

  • That generated messages will be free of errors or inaccuracies
  • That using generated messages will result in any particular response, engagement, or business outcome
  • The suitability of generated content for your specific legal, regulatory, or industry context

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any message before sending it, and for complying with applicable laws regarding unsolicited commercial communication in your jurisdiction and your recipient's jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the input information you provide. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its design, branding, and underlying technology. Generated message content is provided to you for your use; we make no exclusivity claim over generic phrasing patterns.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payments), and Lovable Cloud (hosting and data storage). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollabDraft and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost business opportunities, damaged relationships with third parties contacted using generated content, or reliance on generated content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
