Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

CollabDraft ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Gab Pouliot, doing business as CollabDraft, based in Quebec, Canada. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our Service.

As required under Quebec's Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information), we have designated Gab Pouliot as the person responsible for the protection of personal information. 2. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, and authentication data if you sign up
• Usage data: the inputs you provide when generating a message sequence (target name, niche, notes, brand name, offer details) and the generated outputs, stored to your account
• Anonymous usage tracking: a randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie, used to enforce free-trial limits before you create an account
• Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number; we retain only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status
• Technical data: IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention), browser type, and basic analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Service, including generating your requested content
• Enforce free-tier and subscription usage limits
• Prevent abuse and fraudulent use of the Service
• Process payments through Stripe
• Communicate with you about your account, billing, or Service updates
• Improve the Service over time

4. Third-Party Processors

We share limited data with the following third-party services, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

• Anthropic (Claude API): receives the inputs you provide in order to generate message content. See Anthropic's own privacy policy for how they handle API data.
• Stripe: processes payment information for subscriptions.
• Lovable Cloud: hosts our database and authentication system.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your associated personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Your Rights (Quebec Law 25 and applicable privacy law)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Withdraw consent to non-essential data processing at any time
• File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you believe your rights have been violated

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted storage and secure transmission (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal cookie to track anonymous free-trial usage before signup, and standard session cookies for authentication once logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies at this time.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (including Anthropic and Stripe) may process data outside of Canada. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer, which is necessary for providing the Service.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date.
